Elizabethtown – The NC Disability Rights Disaster Recovery Project is coming to Baldwin Branch Missionary Baptist Church Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. This event is to inform the communities on subjects such as hurricane preparedness, hurricane recovery, overview of the storm after the storm, disaster response activities, scams and exploitation alerts, FEMA forms review and a summary of available local, state and federal resources. Lunch is provided. Anyone needing reasonable accommodations or special dietary needs to attend the event should call Iris Green at (919) 856-2195, extension 229 weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. These requirements should be requested by Thursday, March 5, 2020. Baldwin Branch is located at 4047 NC 242 Highway South; Elizabethtown NC. Rev. Dr. Louie Boykin is the pastor.
