TABOR CITY – South Columbus rallied late to defeat East Bladen 6-2 Wednesday night in Three Rivers Conference baseball action.

The Eagles grabbed a 1-0 first-inning lead, but the Stallions tied the game 1-1 in the home half of the first. East Bladen went back ahead 2-1 in the top of the third, but South Columbus pulled even at 2-2 in the bottom of the third.

The Stallions scored twice in the fifth inning and added two more runs in the sixth to account for the final margin.

Junior Harrison Gore doubled twice and scored 3 runs to lead the Stallion hitters. Senior Robby Spencer also batted 2-3. Sophmore Miller Gore scored twice reaching base on a walk and a hit by pitch.

East Bladen will host Red Springs Thursday night.
