Just a reminder of the BBQ Plate Fundraiser scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2015 from 4PM-6:30PM.
Place of BBQ Plate Distribution: Elizabethtown Farmers Market
Provider of BBQ Plates for Sale: Cape Fear BBQ
Price Tickets: $8.00 Per Plate (Last Year’s Tickets: $8.00)
Desserts Provided by: Parents of Athletes
Deadline for money or tickets to be turned in is to TODAY, September 15, 2015 but anyone who has forgotten can turn them in NO LATER than tomorrow at 12 Noon.
Also, anyone donating desserts, need to bring them to EBHS on Thursday or Friday and leave them at the front desk for Coach Evers to pick up.
Don’t forget we will need volunteers to be at the Farmers Market no later than 3:30PM to help distribute the plates to those who purchased tickets.
We look forward to this being our best year yet.
