Bladen County Students are performing well at the North Carolina State Beta Club Convention. Bladen has two officer candidates, Khalil McKoy from East Bladen High School for President and William David deAndrade from Harrells Christian Academy Candidate for Secretary.

Newly announced East Bladen’s Peyton Fell and Jackson Bostic made top 5 in their talent competition singing  a duet and will perform again tonight.

West Bladen High School just finished their group talent at about 5 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. The performance was a tribute to Bladen County native, the late Trooper Kevin Conner.

Bladen County’s Ms. Genia Hester, from Elizabethtown Christian Academy is serving at the Senior Beta Convention as a NC Beta Sponsor.
