Bladen Community College officials announce that one of its students has self-reported a positive test for COVID-19. The college is working closely with local health department director, Dr. Terri Duncan, to assess any proactive steps or additional precautions to take to ensure the safety of its students, employees, and community.

“Our first thoughts are with this student as they continue to recover, said Dr. Amanda Lee, BCC President. As a campus community, we continue to follow recommended guidelines to limit the spread of the virus. The safety and well-being of all of our students and employees is a priority as we face this public health crisis together. “

Bladen Community College has been providing online classes since mid-March with limited on campus activities that related to essential services and skills training.
