Bladen County Board of Education is set to have yet another special-called meeting regarding the Tar Heel School project on Wednesday. This school project is the biggest in Bladen County history, and the Board is deep into preparation, as they have been in the process of accepting and approving project bids.
Following the last special-called meeting where members of the board voted to approve Project Management Services and discussed Septic Construction, there has been concern (Bid Approval by BOE Causes Concerns).
Bladen Media at Bladen County Schools sent the following email to BladenOnline this morning at 11:30 am.
“The Bladen County Board of Education will hold a special called virtual meeting on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 12:00 PM, for the purpose of discussing and taking action on items related to the septic system installation bids for the Tar Heel School Construction Project. A hyperlink will be activated prior to the meeting to allow the public to listen to the meeting virtually. The link to view the meeting is listed below:
