The Bladen County Health Department is conducting Pre-K and Kindergarten screenings for the upcoming school year. If your child will be entering either Pre-K or Kindergarten, you can contact the Bladen County Health Department to schedule a physical exam.
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Immunizations may also be given during this appointment if needed.
Child School Physical includes vision and hearing screenings. Medicaid and insurance are accepted. Payment is based on income for those who are self-pay.
