Bladenonline.com reported that West Bladen tied Whiteville 1-1 Saturday in The Bladen Cup soccer scrimmages. The Knight goal was not counted due to an offsides call, so Whiteville won that match 1-0.
In a schedule change, the East Bladen varsity game at North Brunswick Tuesday will begin at 7 p.m. because there will be a junior varsity game between the 2 schools at 5:30.
