Elizabethtown’s Cade Hancock, in early September, started his final year of eligibility on the golf team at Mount Olive.
In the Glade Springs Fall Kickoff played September 5-6 in Daniels, West Virginia Hancock placed 26th out of 86 players with scores of 78-77-74=229.
The Mount Olive team came in 3rd out of 13 teams with a score of +29. The event was won by Glenville State with a score of +15.
Mount Olive’s next tournament is the Griffin Invitational scheduled September 18-19 in Petersburg, Virginia.
