The N.C. State Board of Elections will hold a mandatory compliance training course for campaign treasurers Aug. 9 at the Bladen County office of the N.C. Cooperative Extension at Smith Circle in Elizabethtown.
Bladen County Elections Director Cynthia Shaw is hosting the three-hour training, which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
Training is required once every four years for all campaign treasurers, including those under the $1,000 threshold.
