Overview: A cold front moving off the coast this morning will push clouds offshore. Clear skies, dry air, and cool temperatures are expected this afternoon through the weekend. A second cold front will push through Sunday night. View the full briefing below.

Tim Armstrong, Meteorologist & Climate Program Leader with National Weather Service Wilmington stated, “We’ve just released our Winter Climate Outlook for southeastern North Carolina and northeastern South Carolina.  La Niña is the big factor expected to impact our climate through February.”
