DUBLIN, NC –Lu Vineyard will be the setting for the Politician’s Appreciation Banquet this Saturday, March 5th at 6 pm. The public is invited and each person will have time to talk one- on-one with candidates running for public office. Candidates from several counties have been invited and representatives from the Democratic and Republican Gubernatorial races will be on hand as well. All judicial candidates within the district have said they will be attending. During the event, the silver dollar that was flipped to determine the Clarkton Town Board commissioner’s seat will be auctioned and the money raised will be donated to charity.
