The postcard mailings that were sent out to Elizabethtown #1 and Hollow precincts are only a notice of a precinct address change. There is no affect on voter status if the postcard is not returned. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused for our registered voters of Bladen County. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
