FAIRMONT – West Bladen junior Demon’tre Love finished 2nd in the Southeastern Athletic Conference’s 2nd cross country meet of the season Wednesday.
Love posted his 2nd consecutive runner-up finish completing the course in 20 minutes, 21 seconds. Teammate Dylan Taylor placed 11th with a time of 26:24. Other Knight finishers included Bradley Yandle, 24th place (33:47) and Antuan Martinez-Sanchez, 25th place (33:48).
Lady Knight senior Adairis Jimenez earned an 11th place finish in the girls’ race with a time of 33 minutes, 39 seconds. She was the only West Bladen runner in the girls race.
