Dixie Youth Baseball District 9 Director Carl Newkirk has announced that the District 9 umpires clinic will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 21st instead of Saturday as had originally been scheduled. The meeting will be held at the Elizabethtown Municipal Building at 805 West Broad St.
