EastPointe donated 48 Narcan kits to Bladen County Emergency Medical Services Director David Howell and donated 12 kits to Elizabethtown Police Chief Tony Parrish.
Narcan kits contain items necessary for emergency treatment of a known or suspected opioid overdose.
Eastpointe is a managed care organization that serves Bladen, Duplin, Edgecombe, Greene, Lenoir, Robeson, Sampson, Scotland, Wayne and Wilson counties.
