BLADENBORO – West Bladen and East Columbus battled to a 2-2 doulbe-overtime non-conference tie in girls’ soccer action Monday night. The teams played a pair of 5-minute overtime periods at the end of regulation.
Sophomore Mauri Flores fired in an unassisted goal for the Lady Knights. Sophomore Lainey Autry turned an assist from freshman Eliana Padilla into the 2nd West Bladen goal.
The Lady Knights, now 1-1-1, will host Whiteville Wednesday at 5:30.
