Hardee, Hunt and Williams, a real estate firm on Wrightsville Beach, which is headed up by former Elizabethtown resident and Elizabethtown High School grad Jim Hardee, for the 12th straight year has led all firms on Wrightsville Beach in real estate sales.
This past year HH&W sold 59 properties on the beach with a combined value of $59,757,000. In the entirety of New Hanover county HH&W sold 79 properties for a total of $77,216,000.
Hardee is married to the former Beverly Hester of Clarkton. They are both graduates of UNC-CH.
