DUBLIN – Freshman Lexie Corrothers fired in 10 points to lead West Bladen to an 18-11 non-conference jayvee girls basketball victory Tuesday over Red Springs.
Corrothers tossed in a pair of baskets in the second period as the Lady Knights built a 9-6 halftime lead. Corrothers bombed in a 3-pointer, and Carly Dawson added a basket and a free throw during a 6-1 closing run. Dawson finished with 5 points.
