BLADENBORO – With her parents and several of her coaches and teammates in attendance, 2023 West Bladen grad Kaitlynn Brisson signed Sunday to play softball next season for the Wake Technical Community College Lady Eagles.
Brisson earned All-Southeastern Athletic Conference honors in 2023 batting .333 with 21 hits, 16 runs scored and 20 runs-batted-in. The Lady Knight outfielder posted a slugging percentage of .460 and slammed 4 doubles and 2 triples as West Bladen finished with a 15-8 record.
