BLADENBORO- Jeremiah Bryan fired in the deciding goal – his 2nd of the game- as Bladenboro rallied for a 3-2 Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys’ soccer victory over Clarkton School of Discovery Monday.
Bryan’s 1st goal staked the Bulldogs to an early 1-0 lead, but Noah White knocked in the goal that tied the score 1-1 at halftime.
White banged in his 2nd goal that put Clarkton on top 2-1. However Keithan Russ sent an assist to Andrew Wren who delivered the goal that knotted the game again 2-2.
Brooks Carroll and Devan Haire combined to record the win in goal for the Bulldogs.
Coach Steve Thurman’s Bulldogs improved to 6-1 and will travel to West Columbus Tuesday. The Blue Devils, now 5-4, will visit Tabor City Wednesday.
