CLARKTON- Nakina edged Clarkton School of Discovery 3-2 Thursday in Waccamaw Middle School Conference girls’ soccer action.
Aliah Jacobs and Hayley Taylor knocked in the Lady Blue Devil goals.
“Sooo close, but they did sooo good!” said Clarkton Coach Elizabeth Priest. “We have a few small things to work on. A young team – my goalie is a 6th grader. They work hard and have a huge heart.”
The Lady Blue Devils, now 0-2, will host Elizabethtown Tuesday.
