The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office has located a missing Winnabow teen and she is safe. Jessica Marie Millis, 17, was reported missing Sunday evening.
Millis was last seen leaving her residence on Potterfield Road in Winnabow on foot at approximately 1:30 p.m. Sunday wearing a multicolored striped T-shirt and cut-off jean shorts.
