The Mother County Genealogical Society (MCGS) meeting is Saturday, April 8, from noon to 2 p.m. The meeting will be downstairs in the Bladenboro Historical Society Building, 818 South Main Street, Bladenboro, NC.
The scheduled speaker will Linda Rivenbark from Clarkton, NC. She will give a presentation on the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Museum in Washington, DC.
The museum rooms, art gallery and Family History room, upstairs will be open from 2 to 4 p.m.
