The North Carolina Department of Transportation has issued the latest list of road openings in Bladen County. They are as follows:
OPENINGS:
Rosindale Road is now open. NC DOT will leave Rosindale Road open until sometime after the Hurricane.
ELWELL FERRY:
The Ferry is Closed to Mechanical Issues and will be closed through the duration of the Hurricane
