GREENSBORO – Junior Laila Smith and senior Jadon Pridgen posted the top individual East Bladen finishes Monday in the NCHSAA Class 1A State Track & Field Championships at the Marcus T. Johnson Track & Field Center at North Carolina A. & T. University.
Smith finished 8th in the 100 meter hurdles and 14th in the 300 meter hurdles. Pridgen placed 9th in the discus. East Bladen finished 8th in the women’s 4×100 meter relay and 10th in the women’s 4×200 meter relay.
