Good morning! 3 things to know for Wednesday, November 25

1. A reminder about BladenOnline.com’s Community Thanksgiving meal Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Ruritan Building at 10410 N.C. 53 West in White Oak. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal with other folks in the community and, maybe, make some new friends, you’re cordially invited. Other places in Bladen County also are making sure everyone has a chance to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. Click here for the list.

2. Of course, is it really Thanksgiving without NFL football? Of course not, even if you don’t really watch the game. The unbeaten Carolina Panthers will be in Dallas to play the Cowboys at 4:30 p.m. The game will be televised on CBS. Can the Panthers go 16-0?

3. All Bladen County Transfer Station collection centers will be closed Thursday. However, all centers will be open today and reopen Friday. The main station will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.

And now you know.
