The following SeHealth affiliates remain closed as of Monday, Oct. 17 due to facility and water issues:

Some physician services clinics that are located in Lumberton may be temporarily relocated due to facility issues. Please call the clinic direct or toll free 1-844-735-8864 for information on appointments, physician location assignments, relocated clinics and other related medical needs. If you reach a recorded greeting, please leave a message and someone will return your call in a timely manner.

Pharmacy services are continuing to operate out of Southeastern Pharmacy located within Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
