KINSTON – Southern Chaos ’06 competed in the Summer Nationals 10U softball tournament earlier this week at Barnett Park.
The team, based out of Lumberton, included Bladen County’s Lena Damasco-Trinidad and Martha Simmons.
In pool play, Southern Chaos lost to the Cleveland Angels 6-3 and were edged by the Carolina Lady Blaze 1-0.
Southern Chaos was in the Silver bracket for pool play. The team lost to Cape Fear Elite 9-4, whipped the Hot Shots 15-5 and lost to the Shockers 7-3.
