I am really concerned about the future of our state and nation. It appears, from my view that, it’s politics over what’s best for our state and nation. Didn’t just happen, been moving in that direction for a long time.
My vote for president, to be determined, is not about who is the best candidate, but the lessor of the evils. And, that bothers me greatly.
Another honor for East Bladen’s Lacey Suggs. The Wilmington Star News newspaper recently named her the All Area Girls Basketball Player of the Year. Congratulations, well deserved.
Good to see activity on the site of the new Bladen County Detention Center and Law Enforcement Center. It will be located on Smith Circle Drive, across the street from the Bladen County Ag Center.
