I love springtime … peek out my bathroom window … so many different shades of green, dogwood blossoms, tall, short trees and all between … No prettier picture any place…

Farmers are busy … fields are getting much attention … disc and plowing, preparing for seeds that will be planted in coming days…

Had a doctor’s appointment yesterday … nothing major … 2 older males in the waiting room for a short time … Me and one more. He was in a talkative mood … His bride was the patient … their only child, a son, had driven from Pennsylvania to make sure his mom made her appointment … The son was driving back home yesterday … Dad was a proud man, and should be … Bring them up as they should be and reap rewards … We were in Whiteville, the parents reside in Cumberland County.

Basketball, golf, NASCAR, baseball, softball, and more … all the spring sports underway … A wonderful time of the year…

Lake activity upcoming at White Lake, the beaches and hills … Feels like lake time … Stormy weather all around…

Final stretch for youngsters and teachers … before summer break.
