Partly cloudy tonight with a low around 49 … Friday, mostly sunny with a high near 68 … Looking ahead to Sunday (Church Day) … Sunny with a high near 65.

Next game for the East Bladen Lady Eagles, (State Playoffs), will be Eagles vs. Fall Lake Academy in eastern NC 1A basketball semifinals. Iveonna “NeNe” Ward recently scored her 1,000th point as an Eagle and she is just a junior. She has had great support from her teammates … The next game will be played in Creedmoor Friday night. John Clark has a great article on our Sports Page…
