East Bladen placed 3 players – senior Reese Hester and juniors Chandler Bordeaux and Leah McGill – on the All-Waccamaw Conference Girls Tennis Team.
Hester won the Waccamaw’s Class 1A Singles Tournament and defeated teammate Bordeaux in the tournament finals. McGill teamed with Gabriela Bray to reach the semifinals of the Waccamaw’s Class 1A Doubles Tournament.
During the season Hester won 3 matches at No. 1 singles and also posted 3 wins at No. 1 doubles where she teamed with Bordeaux.
Bordeaux claimed 3 victories at No. 2 Singles.
McGill racked up 6 wins at No. 3 singles, won 2 matches at No. 2 doubles and posted 3 more wins at No. 3 doubles.
