The public will take notice that the Elizabethtown Town Council will be conducting a Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 1, 2019 at the Town of Elizabethtown Municipal Building. Amendments to the Town of Elizabethtown Code of Ordinances will be presented in reference to the NC Fire Code and NC Building Code in Chapter 94: Fire Prevention and Chapter 150: Building Regulations.
