5/15/2020 at 12:15 p.m.- This is to provide notice to the general public and all interested parties of a Special Public Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, from 12 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Cape Fear Farmer’s Market located at 106 Martin Luther King Drive. This will be a drop-in style meeting to allow for as many
people as possible to attend while also maintaining proper social distancing.
The purpose of this meeting will be to present and take questions from the public regarding the retaining wall that will be installed at the Town of Elizabethtown Cemetery at the Queen Street area of the cemetery. The primary purpose of this wall is to stabilize the ground in an effort to prevent future damages to the gravesites. W.K. Dickson Project Engineer, Scott Sigmon, will be in attendance to present information and answer questions from the public during the meeting period outlined above.
