In honor of North Carolina Arbor Day, which will be observed Friday, March 22nd, we at Turnbull Creek Educational State Forest will celebrate with forest visitors during a special Arbor Day History program and tree-planting demonstration Saturday, March 23rd from 2-3 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to take home a free tree seedling for planting.
The program is free, but registration is required. The registration link can be found below. I have also attached a flier for the remainder of our Saturday Classes that we will be holding during our peak season. The registration link applies to all of the classes. We will share more details about the other classes as we get closer to their date.
