ELIZABETHTOWN – East Bladen’s Lady Eagles claimed their 2nd straight 3-1 non-conference volleyball victory over North Brunswick Tuesday night.
Tuesday night the Lady Eagles and Scorpions split a pair of marathon sets with North Brunswick winning the opening set 27-25, but East Bladen fighting back to edge the Lady Scorpions 28-26 in the 2nd set.

East Bladen pulled away in the next 2 sets winning 25-14 and 25-13.
In Monday night’s match at Leland, East Bladen outlasted North 32-30 in a grueling first set. North rallied to take the 2nd set 25-19, but the Lady Eagles claimed the final 2 sets 25-22 and 25-18.
North Brunswick won both JV matches between the teams 2-0.

Coach Jordan Raynor’s Lady Eagles improved to 2-1 on the season and will host South Columbus Thursday with the junior varsity match beginning at 4:30 followed by the varsity match.
