Here are 3 things to know for Monday, April 19:
1. Bladen County Schools Pre-Kindergarten registration is scheduled Monday and Tuesday at Bladenboro Primary. Child must be present for screening. Documents required include child must be 4-year-old on or before Aug. 31, 2021, copy of the original certified birth certificate, copy of Social Security card, proof of residence, complete health and dental screening, copy of immunization record, proof of income. 2. Government meetings on Monday include Bladen County Commissioners at 6:30 in the Superior Courtroom on the second floor of the Courthouse in Elizabethtown and the Elizabethtown Town Council will meet virtually at 6 p.m.
3. Bladen County School Bus Driver Classroom Training is Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Bladen County Board of Education, 1489 US 701 South, Elizabethtown. Information: 910-862-2417.
