TABOR CITY – Tar Heel clinched the Waccamaw Middle School Conference’s A Division boys’ soccer championship Thursday with an 8-0 victory over Tabor City.
Levi Garcia poured in a ‘Hat Trick’ plus one of 4 goals to lead the Panther attack. Teammate Alexander Saraoz fired in 2 goals, and Andrew Martinez and Davion Whittington scored 1 goal each.
Coach Brett Jackson’s Tar Heel squad finished the A Division with a perfect 4-0 record and are 7-2 overall. The Panthers will host Columbus Charter Monday in a non-conference game.
