HARRELLS – Freedom Christian scored 7 runs in the 5th inning to pull away and post a 14-4 non-conference baseball victory over Harrells Christian Thursday. The Harrells Crusaders scored twice in the 3rd inning to trim a 5-2 Freedom lead to 5-4.

A pair of Elizabethtown juniors, pitcher Ty Mathis (#18) and first baseman Walker Ward (#3), have played key roles as Harrells Christian has posted a 10-3-2 record. Thursday’s loss was the first for Harrells since March 4th.
Harrells Christian will host Wilmington Christian Academy Tuesday at 4 p.m.
