The Bladen Community College Community Enrichment department is offering two courses in April. Bladen County residents are invited to register and you need not be a Bladen Community College student to take any Community Enrichment course.
Tuesday, April 18 is the Food Fermentation Basics Course from 5:30–7:30 p.m. Learn how to preserve foods using the fermentation process. This course is perfect for the gardener and home food canner.
Saturday, April 22 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. is the Build Your Own Wood Planter Box Course. In this all day workshop learn simple construction techniques, learn to use basic hand and power tools and build your own wooden planter box. This a great hands-on workshop for any skill level.
