A lawsuit between two area companies involving claims of breach of contract among other claims has been on-going for years, according to court documents. Campbell Oil Company, headquartered in Elizabethtown, NC, and AmeriGas, a company headquartered in Pennsylvania, are the two companies listed in the lawsuit.
A complaint was filed by Campbell Oil Company back in 2013 in Bladen County in Civil Court. The lawsuit has ended in an out-of-court settlement being reached. The case between Campbell Oil Company and AmeriGas was shown as dismissed on April 26, 2017.
