See You at the Pole was held Wednesday morning at Bladen County Schools. The special day is held every year to allow students, parents, faculty, staff and community members the opportunity to the meet at schools under the flag poles and pray.

This day is made possible because we still live in a land where “In God We Trust” is part of the pledge of allegiance and we are free to practice our religious beliefs. Even with so much political disruption in our country today, citizens in Bladen County were seen taking advantage of their freedom.

Today, September 27th is Global Student Day of Prayer and many communities recognized the day with, “See You at the Pole” events from 7:35 a.m. until 7:50 a.m.
