Only answer the question you have been asked without getting off topic or adding to your answer to a previous question. The audience will be reminded at the beginning, and throughout the evening if necessary, that they are to keep quiet during the event. Applause will be offered after each group of candidates is finished. No one will be allowed to have any campaign signs or banners in sight inside or outside the auditorium. Candidates are encouraged to speak to everyone individually before the forum begins and at the end. Candidates are allowed to hand out typical campaign cards.
