If you want to get an early start on your Christmas shopping the Powell-Melvin Agricultural Center will host the annual “Christmas in July” Bazaar and Salad Lunch from 10 a.m. until 2 pm.
Lunch includes chicken, pasta, vegetable and fruit salads, bread sticks and a beverage for $5. Tickets can be purchased at the Extension Office located at 450 Smith Circle in Elizabethtown.
There will also be raffle tickets available for themed baskets filled an array of goodies. Vendors will also be available with a variety of items. The funds by the Extension and Community Association ladies go to support scholarships.
