On Monday, August 22, Coastal Horizons started providing Mobile Clinics serving Bladen, Columbus, and Brunswick Counties. Their Mobile Clinics vary in location based on the day.
“We have opened up our Mobile Clinics to serve Bladen County! We offer behavioral health services Monday through Friday, at 5 different locations throughout Bladen County,” stated Rakhee Patel, LPA, LCAS, CCS, Regional Adult Services Clinical Director, with Coastal Horizons Center.
The schedule will be included in this segment along with their services that include:
- Assessments for Substance Use and Mental Health
- Psychiatric Medication Management
- Individual Therapy
- Peer Support Services
- Medication Assisted Treatment
- Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations
- Health Education
Monday: White Oak Fire Department
Tuesday: Ammon Fire Department
Wednesday: Hickory Grove Fire Department
Thursday: Bladen East Medical Center
Friday: Kelly Fire Department
