The Bladen County Board of Commissioners will meet Monday, Nov. 16, to discuss several items.
Bladen County Tax Administrator Renee Davis is scheduled to receive her oath of office.
On the agenda for the meeting include a discussion of the NC DOT Comprehensive Transportation Plan, the rock ramp archway at Lock and Dam No. 2.

Also, the board will hear an update from Bladen County Department of Social Services Director Vickie Smith regarding Child Support Amnesty Day.
Interim Health and Human Services Director Wayne Raynor is scheduled to update the board regarding several matters including the communicable disease information, and agreements with Elon University and Fayetteville State University.

The board will hear from Bladen County Ems Director Bradley Kinlaw regarding the work on the Public Safety

Training Center at White Lake. The board will also consider advisory board appointments for the Bay Tree Lakes Fire District Committee, the Bladen County Jury Commission, the White Lake Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment, and the Strategic Planning Steering Committee.

Bladen County Manager Greg Martin is slated to present the board with the Bladen Community College 2015-16 budget, and ask the board to authorize a compensation study. Martin is also scheduled to present the board with the 2015-16 nonprofit agency funding requests, as well. The board will also view the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners video update for November. A closed session to consider a personnel matter is also on the agenda.
