He is facing charges of possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana; manufacture schedule VI controlled substance; conspire to sell schedule VI controlled substance; Trafficking in MDA/MDMA; manufacture schedule I controlled substance; conspiring to traffic MDA/MDMA; felony possession schedule VI controlled substance; possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule I controlled substance; possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine; possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance; conspiracy to sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance; felony carrying concealed gun; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
