The Dublin Peanut Festival is back, bigger and better than ever! Mark your calendars for September 16th, 2023, as the town of Dublin, North Carolina gears up to celebrate this annual extravaganza. For one day, the town transforms into a lively hub of activities, music, rides, and, of course, peanuts! So, grab your family and friends and join in the fun at this exciting event.

The festival starts at 10 am sharp with a parade, and you will want to take advantage of every minute of the action. While the daytime events revolve around a car show, craft vendors, and delectable food, the afternoon promises a musical treat to keep the festivities strong.

Craft vendors can showcase their unique creations to a large and enthusiastic crowd. The booth fees are $50 for craft vendors and $175 for food vendors. It’s recommended to secure your spot early by returning the registration form and the booth fee by September 15th, 2023. Early registration helps the organizers estimate the number of vendors for a smooth and well-planned event.

For those looking to set up information booths, offer brochures, and not sell goods, there is a $50 vendor fee. This allows you to be a part of the vibrant festival atmosphere while providing valuable information to visitors.

Submit your vendor fees before the festival day to avoid any last-minute hassles. Vendors who fail to pay by then will incur an additional $20 charge. On the festival day, vendors are expected to set up before 8:30 am. However, if you need more time, you can start setting up on the evening of September 15th after 5:00 pm. Just remember that the festival organizers won’t be liable for any property loss or damage that might occur overnight.

Food vendors play a crucial role in the Dublin Peanut Festival experience, and the Bladen County Health Department has set a deadline for all Food Vendor Applications and Fees. For food vendors, the cutoff date is August 28th. It’s essential to meet this deadline as there are no exceptions granted. On the other hand, craft vendors can submit their applications on the day of the festival.

Food vendors must comply with the Bladen County Health Department’s requirements and cover their food space with tents. Each food vendor is responsible for bringing their own tent(s) as the festival organizers will not provide them.

Regarding payments, please note that the Dublin Peanut Festival and the Pageant only accept cash or check. Cash App or Paypal payments will not be accepted.

Whether you’re a local artist, a food lover, or just someone seeking a fun-filled day with your loved ones, the Dublin Peanut Festival has something for everyone. Take advantage of this opportunity to be part of a vibrant community event and enjoy the delightful sights, sounds, and flavors of this year’s festival.
