ELIZABETHTOWN – There will be a District 9 Diamond Youth Baseball (DYB) umpires meeting Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Elizabethtown Municipal Building. District 9 Umpire-in-Chief Pete Jones will conduct the meeting.
